Our terms

Products

Your product will be made and dispatched once full payment is received. If you choose to direct deposit, we will be in touch once funds have cleared. We don’t accept cash on delivery due to our ‘made to order’ business model.

As stated on our products, please be aware that your final design may vary to the picture shown. This is due to using various suppliers for stock. Do let us know if you require something specific, or would like to see example products prior to assembly.

All products and prices displayed on this site are in Australian dollars (AUD). These are subject to change without notice. GST is not being charged at this time. Products are only available for delivery in Australia.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us via email or phone. Cancellations will not be accepted after the gift has been sent. There may be a residual charge for couriers if already booked. Evidence of courier costs will be provided at the time of refund.

Faulty or Damaged products

Our gifts are packaged with care prior to dispatch. All are wrapped tightly in cellophane to minimise movement and damage. In the case that a gift is delivered damaged, please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible (preferably within 1 day of delivery).

Delivery of products

Delivery time frames for your order will be communicated once we receive your order. All Canberra deliveries are hand delivered (including Queanbeyan, Googong and Jerrabomberra). Interstate deliveries are posted via courier with a tracking number (buyer email address will be placed on order for delivery notifications). We do hand deliver over weekends in Canberra only (when required). Please discuss urgent turn around times with us prior to ordering.

It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. Also to inform Bundle To Be if an order has not arrived so that we may resolve the issue. We do NOT mark orders with “authority to leave” when no-one is at home. All recipients should receive courier cards to notify of a failed delivery.
