Delivery

Our delivery model

We communicate delivery timeframes once we receive your order. In addition, our products come with flat rate shipping within Australia. This cost depends on the size of the product, and are based on current courier and Australia Post prices. We do not ship outside of Australia.

You can view final pricing at checkout. Likewise, we apply shipping cost per order rather than item. Free shipping is applied if you spend $100 or more.

ACT deliveries

We deliver all orders to Canberra suburbs for free. NSW areas of Queanbeyan, Googong and Jerrabomberra also qualify. You can activate this upon postcode entry at checkout. We can drop off over weekends and after hours if needed. Please discuss urgent turn around times and requirements with us when ordering.

Courier delivery

All interstate orders (outside of the ACT) are posted via courier with tracking numbers. Your email address is placed on the order for delivery notifications. Generally, if an order is placed and booked prior to late afternoon, it will be picked up the following day.

Our delivery times depend on location. Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday only. There is no weekend or public holiday shipping available. Please take this into account when ordering your gift.

Buyer responsibility

It is the your responsibility to provide the correct recipient address. Also to inform Bundle To Be if an order has not arrived, so that we may resolve the issue. We do NOT mark orders with “authority to leave” when no-one is at home. All recipients should receive courier cards to notify of a failed delivery.
